Our fuel policy
Short version: bring it back roughly how you found it. No refuelling fees, no funny business.
Same to same
We hand you the car with a set fuel level — usually a full tank — and we just ask you to return it at about the same level. Top it up at any station before you drop it off and you're sorted. We'll note the level together at pick-up so there's never any doubt.
If you're running late
Didn't get a chance to fill up? No stress. We'll refuel it for you and just charge the fuel at the local pump price plus a small €15 service fee. We'd always rather you got to your train on time than rushed to a petrol station.
Driving electric?
Our EVs work the same way but with charge instead of fuel: bring it back with a similar percentage of battery. We hand them over charged up, and there's a charging cable in the boot. If it comes back low, we top it up and bill the electricity at cost plus the same €15 fee.
That's genuinely the whole policy. We told you it was short.
