You'll need to be at least 21, and have held your licence for a year or more. Drivers under 25 pay a small young-driver fee on some car groups. Full details are on our Age requirements page.
A valid driving licence and the payment card you booked with. If your licence isn't from the EU, bring your passport too.
We place a temporary hold on your card to cover the excess — it's released as soon as the car comes back in good shape. The amount depends on the car and is always shown before you book.
Yes. Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up and you'll get a full refund. Within 24 hours we keep one day's rental.
Same-to-same: you get the car with a certain amount of fuel and bring it back about the same. No refuelling fees, no games. More on our Fuel policy page.
Every rental includes third-party and damage cover with an excess. You can lower or remove that excess at checkout if you'd like more peace of mind. See our Insurance page.
Of course. Add them when you book or at the desk — they just need to bring their licence too.
